    • Cancellation is subject to charges based on work completed, labor, and materials already used.

3. Material Returns

Rukunlava provides construction and trading materials to support your projects. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Materials can be returned only if defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, within 7 days of receipt.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • Custom-ordered, cut-to-size, or specially manufactured materials are non-returnable.

  • Any shipping or handling costs associated with returns may be deducted from the refund amount.
